As part of the marketing team in a fast-growing company, you will help turn leads into customers / members. This includes answering calls, creative thinking, consistent follow up, as well as guiding them through the admissions process.
- Answering sales phone calls from prospective clients
- Following up with leads via phone and email
- Assisting clients who are applying for service
- Tracking leads throughout the sales / admissions process
- Use of spreadsheets and other platforms to facilitate sales and follow-up process
