What are the responsibilities and job description for the Architectural Designer III position at Passero Associates?
Passero Associates has an exciting opportunity to join our new Charlotte, NC Team as an Architectural Designer with a diverse range of Architecture projects including Institutional, Commercial, Municipal, and multi-family Residential. The person in this position would be involved in multiple aspects of projects from Concept Planning, Interior Design, and Placemaking to Technical Detailing, Construction Administration, and Permitting.
Responsibilities:
- REVIT design and drafting
- Produce design and presentation drawings
- Ability to collaborate with a team
- Willingness to learn and grow in a high energy environment
Qualifications/ Experience:
- AAS or BS degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited program
- Introductory experience in architecture document production/drafting and design work in Revit
- Skilled in the use of MS Office Suite; Sketch Up, Revit, Newforma, and Enscape (or other rendering programs)
- Strong work ethic and communication skills
- Focused on quality deliverables and exceptional client service
- Team player; able to contribute to a positive work culture
- Valid driver’s license
