We are looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals navigating substance use. In this role, you'll provide individual, group, and family therapy. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you'll help guide clients toward long-term recovery and emotional well-being through compassionate, evidence-based care.
Position: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Location: In-Person, Malibu, California
Duties may include but are not limited to:
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy with a focus on relational and interpersonal healing
- Conducting initial and ongoing assessments.
- Developing individualized and follow-up treatment plans.
- Actively participating in the multi-disciplinary team process to contribute to positively to the overall treatment plan for clients.
- Level II Additional Duties: provide supervision to Associate Clinical Social Workers, Associate Marriage and Family Therapists, and/or Associate Professional Clinical Counselors.
Requirements:
- Education: Masters degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
- License: Current, valid license in good standing with the Board of Behavioral Science as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
- Driver's License: Current, valid California Driver License with a good driving record (per company discretion)
Additional Requirements Level II:
- Meet and maintain all applicable California requirements to be a supervisor of Associate Clinical Social Workers, Associate Marriage and Family Therapists, and Associate Professional Clinical Counselors.
- Possess a current and active California license that is not under suspension or probation as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Additional Qualifications:
- Must fulfill pre-employment conditions: tuberculosis screening (annually thereafter), background check (including criminal and driving record check), drug screening, and reference checks. Ongoing monitoring and screenings during employment in accordance with the law and company policy.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including days, evenings, and holidays to meet 24/7/265 healthcare facility needs

Salary : $115,000 - $120,000
