Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychologist to join our dynamic mental health team. Duties
- Conduct thorough psychological assessments, including diagnostic evaluations and psychological testing, to identify patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, group, and family counseling utilizing evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, and behavioral health interventions.
- Deliver specialized care for populations such as children with autism spectrum disorder, patients with PTSD, geriatrics, pediatrics, and individuals with disabilities or substance use issues.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations; document patient progress and treatment outcomes meticulously.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals across inpatient, outpatient, hospital, school-based, telehealth, and community settings to coordinate care plans.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology from an accredited institution; licensure or certification as required by state law.
- Proven experience working with children, adolescents, or adults in clinical settings; prior hospital or inpatient experience is highly desirable.
- Strong expertise in child & family counseling, working with individuals with autism or disabilities, addiction counseling, PTSD care, and behavioral health therapies.
- Proficiency in administering psychological testing and conducting comprehensive intake assessments.
- Demonstrated skills in crisis intervention and managing complex mental health cases effectively.
- Experience delivering telehealth services using secure platforms; familiarity with HIPAA compliance standards for medical records management.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging patients across diverse backgrounds; ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
Pay: From $75.00 per hour
