Core Duties
- Manage daily janitorial and maintenance operations with focus on quality control and client satisfaction
- Establish operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency
- Supervise, train, and develop cleaning personnel at all levels
- Coordinate staff scheduling to ensure proper coverage across client sites and active job sites
- Oversee inventory management and supply procurement when necessary
- Perform site inspections to verify adherence to quality standards
- Address client concerns and service issues efficiently
- Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities
- Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate service agreements
- Ensure regulatory compliance for health, safety, and environmental standards
- Support business development through bid preparation and research
- Implement efficiency measures while maintaining service quality
- Coordinate with other departments to support organizational objectives
