As a trusted partner to the CEO, you will lead cross-functional teams, develop business strategies, strengthen customer relationships, and represent the company with key stakeholders both in the U.S. and Japan. What You'll Do

Executive Leadership

• Partner closely with the CEO to develop and execute the company's long-term business strategy.
• Drive profitable growth while improving operational performance across the organization.
• Lead and mentor department leaders, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and accountability for results.
• Develop and implement company-wide policies, processes, and best practices.
• Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and growth initiatives.

Business Development & Operations

• Collaborate with Business Development and Operations teams to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Evaluate new products, services, and market opportunities to strengthen the company's competitive position.
• Oversee strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Support organizational growth through talent acquisition, leadership development, and employee engagement.

Executive Representation

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, business partners, and stakeholders.
• Represent the company at executive meetings, industry conferences, customer events, and public engagements.
• Serve as a trusted brand ambassador, promoting the company's vision and values in both U.S. and Japanese business communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and executive experience.
• Business-level Japanese and English communication skills required.
• 15 years of leadership experience in sales, business development, or executive management.
• Proven track record of driving business growth and leading cross-functional organizations.
• Strong strategic planning, financial, and operational management experience.
• Outstanding leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent business judgment with the ability to make executive-level decisions.
• Passion for developing people, building organizations, and creating long-term business value.
