Join a multicultural entertainment company as a Senior Technical Support Representative. You’ll support technicians, coordinate operations, manage vendors, and act as a key communication bridge across departments.
What You’ll Do
- Support daily technical and operational tasks
- Answer/route calls and review store reports
- Maintain vendor relationships and contact lists
- Liaise between Tech Dept., internal teams, and external partners
- Interpret between English ↔ Japanese
- Coordinate technician travel
- Assist with game installations, updates, and layout changes
- Manage parts inventory and verify store orders
- Handle supply requests, shipping, and equipment coordination
- Help with payments and new store setups
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel required)
- Bilingual English/Japanese
- Excellent communication & organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask
