Responsibilities
- Develop new business through cold outreach, networking, and events
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients
- Conduct client visits, presentations, and negotiations
- Build and manage a sales pipeline
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions
- 2 years of Outside Sales / Business Development experience
- Strong new business development skills (hunter mindset)
- Japanese language ability required (flexible levels accepted)
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
- $65,000 – $80,000
- Manager-level: up to $90,000 – $100,000
