Position : Community Manager (Gaming Industry)
Reports To : Senior Management
Location : Burlingame, CA
Salary Range : $90,000 - $110,000 annually (Senior level : up to $120,000)
Employment Type : Full-time
We are supporting a leading gaming company in their search for a talented and experienced Community Manager . This role is pivotal in managing and enhancing the online presence of their gaming communities, fostering engagement, and creating strong connections between players and the brand.
About the Role :
As the Community Manager, you will oversee the company's social media communities, plan and execute events, manage prize distribution, and collaborate with content creators and influencers. You will also play a vital role in gathering and analyzing player feedback to contribute to the ongoing success of their games.
This role involves supervising the existing community team while aligning efforts with the company's Japan-based Global Business team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Community Management :
Strategically manage online game communities across social media platforms.
Plan and execute in-game and online events, including prize distribution.
Establish and maintain relationships with content creators and influencers.
Work closely with the Japan-based Global Business team to ensure alignment and consistency in community strategies.
