Work hours : M-F 9AM to 6PM

Full-time, permanent, this job is on-site (no remote work)

Salary : $22~$30 / hour depending on experience

Non-Exempt (hourly) position

Job Summary]

1.Manage Air Cargo Operations

Oversee the coordination and management of air import and export shipments.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of all documentation, including airway bills, invoices, and customs declarations.
Plan and direct the flow of air traffic moving to and from overseas destinations.
Open files for each shipment in the dedicated software system.

Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications]

Minimum of 2 years of experience in air export operations is preferred.

Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to listen, comprehend, and communicate effectively to achieve positive outcomes.

Proactive mindset with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with GoFreight software is an advantage.

Familiarity with air import operations is a plus.

Prior experience in freight forwarding is highly preferred.

Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.

Upon accepting a job offer, the candidate must be able to pass a TSA background check in addition to the pre-employment background check.
