Qualifications
- Expertise in Law and Criminal Law, including the ability to interpret and apply legal principles and precedents
- Proven experience in Criminal Defense and handling cases in various Courts
- Competency in offering Legal Assistance to clients and navigating legal procedures
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and interact effectively with diverse populations
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and membership in good standing with a Bar Association
- Familiarity or experience working in indigenous or tribal legal systems is a plus
