This isn’t your average CNA role. You’ll have guaranteed pay for every shift, even if you’re not actively dispatched. Plus, you get the freedom to build your own schedule or lock in permanent shifts that work for your lifestyle.
SCHEDULE: Create your weekly schedule from the days/times listed below OR work x5 shifts per month that you schedule the month prior.
Permanent Shifts: Candidates seeking a scheduled working week can choose between these shifts. Please make sure you can commit to this weekly schedule for 90 days.
o Tuesdays: 3p-10p
o Wednesdays: 3p-10p
o Thursdays: 3-10p
o Saturdays: 5a-1p; 1-10p
o Sundays: 1p-10p
· PRN Shifts requires you work x5 shifts/month; schedule created 30 days prior with all open shifts posted 1st and 15th of every month.
Position Overview:
As a Shift Runner CNA (Paid On-Call), you’ll assist with daily activities, monitor health needs, and offer companionship. You’ll be available during your scheduled shifts, ready to provide care when needed, where needed. This role offers flexible hours and guaranteed 8 hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
Be on-call during scheduled shifts and paid for the entire shift
Assist clients throughout the service counties with daily tasks, health monitoring, and companionship
Document care provided and communicate with the PASCO team
Choose between permanent weekly shifts or flexible PRN hours (5 shifts/month)

Requirements:
Active CNA license
CNA/home health experience (preferred)
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance
CPR (offered at no cost by PASCO)
QMAP certification (preferred)
Schedule Options:
Permanent Shifts: Commit to a fixed schedule (90-day minimum)
PRN Shifts: Choose 5 shifts/month, scheduled 30 days in advance
