At The Therapy Center, we are committed to providing passionate, affirming and accessible mental health services to individuals and families across Colorado. We serve clients of all ages: including young children, adolescents, adults and families - through Medicaid, Private Insurance, and Colorado Medicaid Waiver programs. Our clinicians have specialized experience supporting LGBTQIA individuals, children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, individuals with complex medical needs, neurodivergent clients and those navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and other mental health concerns. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Provide individual and family therapy, including play therapy, gender affirming therapy and couples therapy.
Assess patients and develop tailored treatment plans
Set and evaluate therapeutic goals
Maintain clinical documentation and coordinate with other services for holistic care
Perform case management
Adhere to agency policies and fulfill additional duties as needed
Ability to write reports identifying patient goals, outcomes, and intervention
Therapist will accept all new clients until average reaches weekly clinical hour expectation, an average of 25 client session hours/week. (subject to change).
BENEFITS/COMPENSATION
Compensation: $60k - $70k annually (DOE) plus bonus opportunities of up to $500 monthly

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Sessions will primarily take place in office. Office locations can include Greenwood Village CO, Thornton CO, and Lakewood CO depending on client need and availability.
LPC, LCSW, LMFT (only one licensure needed)
At least two years of experience providing therapeutic treatment services to children/families (preferred)
Active driver’s license (REQUIRED)
Availability to work required schedule as outlined below.
SCHEDULE:
Monday to Friday; 2 days 9-5p; 2 days 10-6p and 1 day 11a - 7p No weekends, no overtime.
