JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for performing highly diversified craft trade activities with a focus on Roofing under general supervision.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Previous experience and good working knowledge in all phases of the roofing trade including troubleshooting and repairs of commercial buildings.
EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or Vocational Degree from an accredited institution
- Two years’ experience of a skilled trade or general building maintenance
- OR
- Any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the position
- Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required for this position, temporary permit required to start
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Offer of employment is contingent upon successful completion of post- offer employment test (POET) - job-specific physical
- Position is subject to OTETA Drug & Alcohol Testing
