What You’ll Own
You’re not just writing tickets—you’re owning the job from start to finish.
- Build trust and long-term customer relationships
- Write accurate estimates using shop management software
- Present and close recommended work
- Source, price, order, and VERIFY correct parts
- Track parts status and ensure jobs stay on schedule
- Communicate clearly between customer and technician
- Control workflow and eliminate bottlenecks
What It Takes
- Proven Service Advisor experience (REQUIRED)
- Experience with shop systems (Tekmetric, Shop-Ware, Mitchell, RO Writer, etc.)
- Strong parts sourcing and ordering experience (REQUIRED)
- Diesel knowledge preferred
- Strong communication closing ability
- Organized, fast, and detail-oriented
- You take ownership—no babysitting needed
