At Paschall Truck Lines, Inc., we're committed to providing our drivers with the best possible experience on the road. As a solo or team driver, you'll enjoy a long average length of haul, which means more time behind the wheel earning a good income.
The pay is competitive, with top starting base rates of $0.60 CPM for solos and $0.75 CPM for teams. Plus, you'll earn additional increases every 50,000 miles with no pay cap for solos and every 100,000 miles for teams. We also offer a safety/service bonus of up to $0.04 CPM.
You'll run routes east of the Mississippi, giving you plenty of time at home between trips. Our drivers typically only run within a certain region, so you can expect to be home every 1-2 weeks depending on the freight.
