OTR Solo Driver
- Average starting CPM: $0.42 – $0.60 based on experience
- Earn $0.04 CPM safety/service bonus

Veteran Appreciation

Driver Requirements
- Valid CDL A License
- 21 years or older
- 3 months of first seat CDL-A experience

All teams starting base pay is $0.75 CPM, and earn increases every 100,000 miles starting mile one with no pay cap!
