Duties
- Assist with setting up banquet events and restaurant tables, ensuring all linens, utensils, glassware, and tableware are perfectly arranged for guest comfort.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously, adhering to food safety standards and presentation guidelines.
- Clear tables efficiently after guests finish their meals, ensuring a spotless environment for the next group.
- Buss tables by removing used dishes, silverware, and trash, maintaining cleanliness throughout service periods.
- Support catering functions by helping with food delivery, setup, and breakdown to ensure smooth event execution.
- Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing needs promptly, answering questions about menu items or event details with enthusiasm.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of food handling procedures and safety regulations to uphold high standards of hygiene and quality.
Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
