Position Summary
Pasadena Yacht & Country Club is seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing member billing, collections, and account reconciliation while delivering a high level of service consistent with a premier private club environment. Experience in a country club setting is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process monthly member statements accurately and on schedule
- Post charges, payments, and adjustments to member accounts
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on past-due balances in a professional manner
- Reconcile member accounts and resolve billing discrepancies promptly
- Coordinate with other departments (Golf, Food & Beverage, Marina, etc.) to ensure accurate billing
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications
- Assist with credit card processing, ACH payments, and deposits
- Support month-end closing procedures and reporting
- Provide excellent customer service to members regarding billing inquiries
- Ensure compliance with club policies and accounting procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of Accounts Receivable experience, preferably in a private club or hospitality environment
- Prior experience in a country club setting strongly preferred
- Experience with Jonas Club Software is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and AR processes
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
