In this role, you’ll be the face of our practice, ensuring every client and pet receives exceptional service during their visit.
Key Responsibilities, But Not Limited To
- Customer Service functions, including Greeting clients and pets warmly, answering telephones, and guiding clients throughout the process.
- Accurately input and maintain patient and client information in our practice management system.
- Process payments and provide clear explanations of billing.
- Hospital Maintenance and organization of the reception area ensuring the facility is always neat and clean
- Communicate effectively with the veterinary team to coordinate patient care.
- Provide compassionate support to clients during urgent or emotional situations.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Veterinary Clinic, Animal Hospital, or Animal ER/Urgent Care setting is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- The ability to lift up to 40lbs
- Proficiency in using veterinary practice management software, electronic medical records, and payment processing.
- Genuine love for animals and commitment to providing outstanding client service.
- 40 hours/week (4 day work schedule/10 hr shifts)
