We are currently looking for a qualified, experienced Mandarin Chinese language instructor to join our team.
Job description:
- part-time position
- available for morning, evening and/or weekend classes
- teaching adults, teens, and children in small groups and private classes
Job requirements:
- native Mandarin Chinese speaker
- currently residing in Los Angeles, California
- minimum of 3 years of Chinese teaching experience, working with adults and children
- minimum Bachelor's degree in any field related to languages: education, linguistics
- reliable, professional
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to teach Mandarin Chinese to students of varying proficiency levels.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance language acquisition.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and cultural appreciation.
