Responsibilities
- Safely operate a box truck or similar vehicle to deliver ice products to residential and commercial customers across designated routes
- Load and unload ice supplies using manual lifting techniques, pallet jacks, and other tools as needed
- Ensure timely route driving by planning efficient delivery sequences and adhering to scheduled times
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers professionally, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction upon delivery
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and inventory records throughout each shift

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, preferably with box trucks or similar vehicles
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Driving record must be clean to be considered for position
- Experience and familiarity with heavy lifting techniques
- Knowledge of route driving best practices and customer service principles
- Strong physical stamina for moving heavy loads and performing manual lifting tasks safely
