What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant (Seasonal) position at PAS CORP?

We are looking for someone to assist during tax season but this has a high potential to remain a permanent job. Our front office is high paced and busy. We need someone that can manage the incoming calls, book appointments, e-file tax returns, keep up with dailiy portal downloads, remain calm during tax season and perform accurate filing. You will be working with and assisting our main executive assistant but will have a list of tasks to complete daily.
You need to be very accurate and a quick learner. It would be helpful if you have used Microsoft office (email, excel, word, etc)..
The hours will generally be 9-5pm for January and would gradually increase to 9 hour days mid to late February until 4/15/26. The hours will possibly approach 12 hours a day the last two weeks of tax season and will include Saturdays (possibly) the last 3 weekends of tax season.
This position will end the last day of tax season unless we mutually decide to extend this position to a permanent job.
