This role is vital in promoting patient independence and quality of life outside of traditional clinical settings.
Candidates must hold a current and unrestricted Registered Nurse license. Experience in home health nursing or a related healthcare setting is preferred. Strong clinical assessment skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with electronic health records are required. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary.
