Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Operations Manager role located in Brainerd, MN. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows, managing inventory and logistics, and supervising team members to meet business goals. This role requires coordination with clients, vendors, and the internal team to guarantee smooth event execution. Additional responsibilities include optimizing processes, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe work environment.

- Ability to work on-site in Brainerd, MN, with some flexibility for evening or weekend hours as event schedules demand
