Overnight Dishwasher
Full-Time | Seasonal | $18–21/hour
Looking for an overnight schedule and a role where your work truly matters?
Partyman Catering is hiring an experienced Overnight Dishwasher to help keep our high-volume production kitchen running at its best. This isn't just washing dishes—this role is responsible for resetting the kitchen each night so our production team can walk into a clean, organized, and fully operational workspace the next morning.
We're looking for an experienced dishwasher who can work independently with minimal supervision after learning our kitchen layout, equipment, and standards.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, cookware, utensils, sheet pans, cambros, and kitchen equipment.
- Deep clean kitchen equipment and production areas.
- Reset workstations and storage areas for the following day's production.
- Restock kitchen supplies and maintain an organized workspace.
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
- Identify maintenance or equipment concerns before the end of each shift.
- Process high volumes of dishes and equipment while maintaining speed, quality, and attention to detail.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Commercial kitchen or high-volume dishwashing experience.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong work ethic and sense of ownership.
- Reliable, dependable, and organized.
- Able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume production kitchen.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift.
SCHEDULE
- Full-Time Seasonal
- Overnight shifts
- Schedule varies based on production volume and event bookings.
- Occasional holiday availability.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
$18–21/hour, based on experience.
