We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Equipment Delivery & Setup Technician.

Job Responsibilities:
- Safely load and unload rental equipment
- Deliver equipment to homes, schools, churches, and businesses throughout the RGV
- Set up bounce houses, water slides, tents, tables, chairs, and other rental items
- Ensure equipment is properly secured and safe for customer use
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding the proper use of rental items, safety procedures, event guidelines, and important details about their order
- Answer customer questions professionally and represent the company positively
- Break down and pick up equipment after events
- Clean and sanitize equipment
- Communicate clearly with office staff regarding orders and schedules
Requirements:
- Valid Texas Driver’s License (clean driving record preferred)
- Must be able to maneuver and lift heavy equipment and items (75 lbs) regularly
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Weekend availability required (Friday–Sunday is our busiest time) but must have an open availability.
- Experience in delivery, construction, or equipment rental is a plus

- Competitive pay (based on experience) starting at $10, then goes to $12 after 30 work days of 8 hours miminum worked per day.
