Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager based in Greensboro, NC. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, including coordinating logistics, managing inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring efficient workflow. They will work closely with teams to maintain high standards of quality and customer service while meeting deadlines for event setups and breakdowns. This role requires leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving to ensure smooth and effective operations.
Qualifications
- Operations and Logistics Management skills, including inventory control and workflow optimization
- Team Leadership and Staff Supervision experience, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and address operational needs
- Problem-Solving and Time Management capabilities to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge or experience in the event rental industry is a strong advantage
- Proficiency with operational software and tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work on-site in Charlotte, NC, with flexibility in schedule
