Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Brandon, FL. The Salesperson's responsibilities include engaging with customers, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining knowledge of the store's products, assisting customers in selecting the right items for their needs, and ensuring that sales goals are met. Additional responsibilities include creating balloon arrangements, inventory management/data entry, merchandising, and managing the register when required. The ideal candidate will contribute to a positive shopping experience by creating a welcoming and helpful environment for customers.

Qualifications

• Customer engagement, active listening, and strong interpersonal skills
• Basic sales techniques, upselling, and cross-selling abilities
• Product knowledge, inventory management, and merchandising skills
• Experience operating a cash register or handling transactions
• Attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Previous experience in retail or sales is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Bilingual - Spanish language is a plus
