Party Mania is seeking mature, energetic and enthusiastic team members to join our vibrant celebration team! As a key part of our dynamic entertainment environment, you will help guests create unforgettable experiences by delivering exceptional customer service, making product suggestions, and maintaining the store to high standards.
Duties
- Assist customers in finding the perfect products to ensure their party is a success
- Engage with guests to ensure they feel welcomed and feel like they are receiving excellent customer service
- Manage guest interactions, resolving conflicts promptly and professionally to maintain a positive environment
- Handle cash & credit transactions accurately during checkout
- Create beautiful balloon bouquets and creations
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the store
- Ensure all products are well stocked for customer purchase
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail is highly preferred but not required
- Strong management skills with the ability to handle any situations calmly and effectively
- Strong organizational and thinking skills
- A positive attitude with a passion for creating fun and memorable experiences for guests
- Reliable and responsible work ethic
