Warehouse Associate – Party Supplies & Distribution

We are a fast-growing wholesale and e-commerce party supply company with operations throughout the U.S. and Europe. Our products are sold through major retail and online channels, and we are continuing to expand our warehouse operations in South Florida.

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Pack and prepare orders for shipment
• Handle both helium tank products and standard party supply items
• Accurately label high-volume customer orders
• Assist with pallet wrapping and shipment preparation
• Offload containers and help organize incoming inventory
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
• Assist with inventory handling and general warehouse operations
• Work efficiently to meet daily shipping deadlines

Requirements

• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift and move heavy boxes when needed
• Dependable and punctual
• Team-oriented attitude with willingness to assist where needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience
• Forklift experience preferred, but not required
• Experience with pallet jacks, forklifts, or shipping systems
• Comfortable working with high daily order volume
