Right now we’re expanding nationwide across mass retail, convenience, grocery, and specialty, with a licensed portfolio that keeps growing and retail performance to back it up. We’re small enough that you’ll see your fingerprints on what ships, and established enough that it ships at national scale.

We’re hiring a Sales Coordinator in Westlake, Ohio and we’ll be honest about what we’re after: someone with more ambition than the title suggests.

This is the seat where our customer programs actually get built. You’ll work shoulder to shoulder with the sales team on real business with major national retailers, and you’ll have more room to take things over than most coordinator roles ever offer. How far it goes is mostly up to you.

You’ll turn opportunities into shipped programs:

• Own customer projects, product launches, and sales initiatives from first conversation to retail shelf
• Build the presentations, pricing, quotes, and product stories that win the meeting
• Prep line reviews and customer meetings - and walk in knowing the numbers cold
• Chase open items until they’re closed, including the ones that aren’t technically yours
• Work Excel and sales data hard enough to spot the thing nobody else caught
• Keep customer, product, and program details accurate, because a wrong price list costs real money
• Talk directly with customers and pull together teams across Party Animal to deliver
• Support order and program execution for our retail partners
• Find the broken process, fix it, then make your fix the new standard

Some of this is the fun part which includes working with big brands, big retailers, products on shelves. Some of it is making sure a spreadsheet is right at 6pm. Both matter, and we’d rather tell you that now.

You’ve already done some version of this. Maybe you ran your own side business, built something at a startup, grew an account or a territory, or took a project nobody was going to rescue and dragged it over the line. The title on your résumé matters less than the evidence that you push.

You might be a great fit if you:

• Have owned something end to end and can tell us exactly how it went including wins and faceplants
• Move fast without getting sloppy; speed and accuracy aren’t a tradeoff for you
• Would rather ask forgiveness than permission, and know which situations are which
• Can juggle a dozen priorities and still know what matters most today
• Get energy from customers, deadlines, and momentum
• Are sharp in Excel and PowerPoint, and curious about the data underneath
• See a better way to do something and build it instead of complaining about it
• Want to learn the whole business (sales, retail, merchandising, product) and not just your lane
• Are genuinely into retail, consumer products, sports, toys, or collectibles
• Are looking for a role you can outgrow, not just grow into

Backgrounds that tend to work here: sales support, account management, retail or merchandising, operations, marketing, project coordination or just running your own thing. We care more about what you’ve driven than where you’ve sat.

You’ll be close to the decisions. Small team, real accounts, major national retailers...your work shows up in the P&L and on shelves, not in a deck nobody reads.

You’ll learn the full stack of licensed consumer products: how a license becomes a product, how a product gets on a shelf, and how a program makes money. That’s a rare education, and you’ll get it from people who’ve already done it.

And you’ll have room. We’re growing, which means the people who take on more get more.
