Responsibilities

• Oversee business management activities including financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to maintain fiscal health and operational efficiency.
• Cultivate strong relationships with board members, stakeholders, partners, and community leaders to support organizational growth and sustainability.
• Drive fundraising efforts for nonprofit organizations or business development initiatives to secure essential resources and expand impact.
• Manage high-level organizational operations, including strategic planning, risk management, and compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Supervise senior leadership team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, accountability, and professional growth.
• Lead marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, stakeholder engagement, and community outreach efforts.
• Oversee nonprofit financial management practices or business financial operations to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Collaborate with the board of directors on governance matters, strategic direction, and policy development to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Experience

• Proven experience in corporate strategy development with a track record of leading organizational growth initiatives.
• Extensive executive leadership experience managing diverse teams at senior levels across multiple functions such as operations, finance, marketing, or development.
• Strong background in business management including strategic planning, operational oversight, and financial stewardship.
• Demonstrated success in fundraising for nonprofit organizations or business development activities that drive revenue growth.
• Experience working closely with boards of directors or trustees to align organizational goals with governance standards.
• Expertise in nonprofit financial management or business financial operations with an understanding of budget oversight at an executive level.
• Skilled in collaboration across departments to foster teamwork and achieve shared objectives through strategic management practices.
