The Opportunity
We’re entering an exciting new chapter — one where data sits at the heart of our evolution. As Head of Data and Analytics, you’ll shape the impact data and analytics has across the organization. You’ll lead the enterprise-wide data transformation, modernizing tooling, elevating analytics capabilities, and embedding a data-first mindset throughout the business.
This is more than a leadership role — it’s a chance to redefine how our industry uses data. From owning our data strategy to unlocking real-time insights, you’ll be driving innovation that lifts performance across both the organization and with our customers. You’ll work closely with technical teams to evolve our infrastructure and tooling and empower cross-functional teams to turn data into a strategic advantage.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead Data & Analytics Strategy
Develop and execute a transformative roadmap that aligns with business objectives, focusing on data productization and commercialisation. - Enterprise Data Transformation
Spearhead a company-wide shift toward smarter tooling to complement our cloud-based infrastructure. Champion the adoption of modern platforms and BI capabilities that enable advanced analytics and automation. - Collaborate with Technical Teams
Partner with engineering, data platform, and IT teams to evolve infrastructure, architecture, and tooling—ensuring scalability, resilience, and continuous innovation. - Drive Innovation
Implement predictive and prescriptive analytics and explore AI and automation opportunities across the organisation. - Enable Decision-Making
Deliver timely, accurate, and accessible data to empower strategic and operational decisions at all levels. - Tool Leadership
Guide the use and evolution of BI tools like Sigma, Power BI, Tableau, and others. Develop intuitive self-service analytics experiences for internal teams, clients, and partners. - Team Leadership & Culture Building
Mentor and grow a high-performing team of analysts. Champion a data-driven culture across all departments, fostering curiosity, experimentation, and data fluency. - Data Sources: Digital Marketplace (repair estimates, parts procurement, customer interactions, claims data), financial, CRM and other application data, industry data sources for automotive collision and physical damage.

- Revenue generated from data products and services
- Adoption and usage of data-driven features in the marketplace
- Customer satisfaction and retention driven by insights
- Reduction in data latency and improvement in data quality
- Growth in strategic partnerships leveraging data assets
Education
- Master’s Degree or comparable work experience
Skills & Experience
- 8 years' experience in enterprise data and analytics, with 5 years in senior leadership roles, comfortable engaging with the executive team
- Proven track record leading data transformations, rolling out data strategies and teams in complex, fast-paced environments
- Expertise in data governance, architecture, and modern platform strategy
- Success delivering data product roadmaps and lifting data literacy across the organization
- Experience with Snowflake, Tableau, DBT, AWS, and other modern data tools
- Exposure to AI, machine learning, and automation capabilities
- Familiarity with Agile and cross-functional collaboration models
- Background in regulated or large-scale industries such as Insurance preferred
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Champion culture of growth through coaching and collaborative leadership
Salary & Benefits
- Salary Range $185K to $225K, depending on experience
