Responsibilities
- Prepare patients and treatment rooms for orthodontic procedures
- Assist the orthodontist during procedures and adjustments
- Take dental impressions, X-rays, and photos as needed
- Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean work environment
- Provide patients with oral hygiene and post-treatment instructions
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with scheduling when needed
- Minimum 2 years of orthodontic or dental assisting experience preferred
- X-ray certification required
- Knowledge of sterilization and infection control procedures
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work well with a team
