PART TIME APARTMENT MAINTENANCE WORKER Seeking mature, reliable person to provide maintenance tasks at an apartment community in Seneca. Must live within a 30 minutes distance. Duties include routine maintenance, preparing vacant units, cleaning common areas, etc. Ideal candidate will be well-organized and pro-active with experience in basic plumbing, drywall and carpentry. Skilled trade replacements and extensive repairs are made by third party service contractors. Must have reliable transportation and provide your own hand tools. Must be on-call for after-hours emergencies. Flexible hours, pay negotiable based on experience. Pre-employment and periodic drug testing, Credit and criminal checks required.
