MAINTENANCE CARETAKER
Job: Seeking a reliable person with basic plumbing, drywall and carpentry knowledge to work 40hours/week in Benson/Dunn, NC.
Pay: $21/hr
Duties include
- Routine maintenance
- preparing vacant units
- cleaning common areas
- well-organized, pro-active, knowledgeable in troubleshooting maintenance needs and coordinating contractor services.
- Skilled trade replacements and extensive repairs are made by third party service contractors.
- Must have reliable transportation and provide your own basic tools.
Must be on-call for after-hours emergencies Credit and criminal screenings required. Equal opportunity provider and employer.
