APARTMENT MAINTENANCE WORKER Seeking reliable person with basic plumbing, drywall, and carpentry knowledge to work at The Villas at Elmsley Crossing. Duties include routine maintenance, preparing vacant units, cleaning common areas, etc. Must have reliable transportation and provide your own basic tools. Must be on-call for after-hours emergencies. The pay range is $20.00-$22.00 per hour. Credit and criminal checks required. Must pass drug test. Call 336-544-2300 ext. 403.
