Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative to support our customers and contribute to our continued growth. Approximately 75% of this role involves speaking with customers—primarily on the phone, with some in-person interaction—and conducting follow-ups. The remaining 25% consists of administrative tasks, documentation, and internal coordination.

Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding products, services, and ongoing projects.
- Conduct outbound follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and address outstanding needs.
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and a friendly, customer-first attitude.
- Assist customers with order processing, payments, and billing inquiries.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and updates in company systems.
- Perform administrative tasks related to order tracking, scheduling, and data entry.
- Work closely with team members to troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns.
- Uphold company policies while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and confidently.
- Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles required.
- Comfortable talking on the phone and conducting follow-up calls.
- Ability to navigate computer systems efficiently.
- Experience handling payments or invoices is a plus.
- Outbound calling experience is helpful but not required.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while remaining calm and organized.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong time-management skills.
- Experience in printing or mailing industries is a plus, but not required—training provided.
