About Us: Our client is an industry leaders in the transportation/highway space with a reputation for excellence. We're expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to deliver top-notch support. In this role, you'll handle a variety of customer inquiries in both Spanish and English, solve problems efficiently, and ensure every customer feels valued.
What We Offer:
- Full-Time Flexibility: 40 hours per week: Monday through Friday, 11:30 AM - 8:15 PM, and a single rotating Saturday, 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM once a month.
- Competitive Compensation: $18 - $18.50 per hour based on your experience.
- Remote Work Option: Start working from home after completing your training.
Your Role:
- Provide fluent communication in Spanish and English.
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency.
- Accurately enter data into our systems.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues with a focus on delivering world-class service.
What We’re Looking For:
- Exceptional customer service skills with a knack for problem-solving.
- Ability to type at least 30 words per minute.
- Strong organizational skills and effective verbal and written communication.
- Adaptability and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous call center experience is a plus but not required.
Requirements:
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screen.
