Responsibilities:
- Maintain tenant ledgers including posting charges, adjustments, and payments (AR)
- Process vendor invoices including researching statements and ensuring timely payments (AP)
- Process Tenant Security Deposits
- Discuss monthly financial statements with clients to ensure accuracy
- Maintain confidentiality of clients’ financial information
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
- Enter accounts payable invoices
- Respond to homeowner’s questions about their account
- Manage all HOA reoccurring payments and ensure proper set up of new payments
- Schedule and track maintenance work orders
Salary : $18 - $26
