Quality Control Inspector

The Quality Control Technician is responsible for inspecting, testing, and ensuring all products meet company quality standards before they are released. This role helps maintain consistent production quality by monitoring processes, identifying defects, and documenting findings.Responsibilities• Perform inspections on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.• Conduct routine tests to verify product quality and compliance with specifications.• Record inspection results accurately and maintain detailed documentation.• Report any defects, deviations, or quality concerns to supervisors.• Monitor production lines to ensure proper procedures are followed.• Support corrective actions and assist with investigating quality issues.• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety guidelines.• Calibrate, clean, and operate testing equipment as required.Qualifications• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or QC training preferred.• Experience in manufacturing or quality control is a plus.• Ability to read and follow procedures, specifications, and safety rules.• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.• Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.• Ability to stand, walk, or lift as needed for production tasks.Skills• Accuracy and attention to detail• Communication skills• Ability to work independently and with a team• Knowledge of basic inspection tools and QC processes
