We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Onsite Supervisor with strong leadership skills and excellent customer service to join our great Partners Personnel team in Salinas, CA! Experience Recruiting for a lite industrial facility a plus!. Shift 7am-3:30am Monday-Friday

- Salary Range $20.00 - $26.00 per hour, depending on experience
- Compensation is determined based on job-related skills, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. This role may also be eligible for overtime (if non-exempt), bonuses, commissions, or other incentive pay, depending on the position.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Light industrial recruiting a plus
- Warehouse experience required
- Lead Logistics experience a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish/English Required
- Daily reports management,
- Managing KPIs,
- Weekly time clock and attendance management.
- Time Clock management
- Daily walk-throughs
- Safety Observations
- Working with supervisors/managers to help troubleshoot and/or shift associates around to other departments,
- Troubleshooting associate needs,
- Attending meetings with management when necessary.
What we need from you:
- Onsite Supervisor experience in Staffing a plus!
- Recruiting for a production facility a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Supervisory experience
- Ability to drive and meet KPIs
- Experience with time and attendance management
- Bilingual Spanish and English required
- Understand this is NOT a remote position
