We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) 1st shift Onsite Supervisor/Recruiter with strong leadership skills and excellent customer service to join our great Dayton NJ team! Experience Recruiting for a lite industrial facility required. Shift 11AM-7:30PM Monday-Friday

- Salary Range $45,000 - $50,000 annually, depending on experience
- Compensation is determined based on job-related skills, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. This role may also be eligible for overtime (if non-exempt), bonuses, commissions, or other incentive pay, depending on the position.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Lite industrial recruiting Required
- Bilingual in Spanish/English Required
- Supervisory experience Preferred
- Daily reports management,
- Managing KPIs,
- Weekly time clock and attendance management.
- Payroll processing
- Daily walk-throughs
- Safety Observations
- Working with supervisors/managers to help troubleshoot and/or shift associates around to other departments,
- Troubleshooting associate needs,
- Attending meetings with management when necessary.
What we need from you:
- Onsite Supervisor experience in Staffing a plus!
- Recruiting for a production facility Required.
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Supervisory experience
- Ability to drive and meet KPIs
- Strong Microsoft office skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
- Experience with time and attendance management
- Bilingual Spanish and English required
- Understand this is NOT a remote position
