We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) 2nd shift Onsite Supervisor/Recruiter with strong leadership skills and excellent customer service to join our great Richmond/Chesterfield VA team! Experience Recruiting for a lite industrial facility required. Shift 4pm-12:30am Monday-Friday

- Salary Range $45,000 - $48,000 annually, depending on experience

Compensation is determined based on job-related skills, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. This role may also be eligible for overtime (if non-exempt), bonuses, commissions, or other incentive pay, depending on the position.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Lite industrial recruiting Required
- Bilingual in Spanish/English Required
- Supervisory experience Preferred
- Daily reports management,
- Managing KPIs,
- Weekly time clock and attendance management.
- Payroll processing
- Daily walk-throughs
- Safety Observations
- Working with supervisors/managers to help troubleshoot and/or shift associates around to other departments,
- Troubleshooting associate needs,
- Attending meetings with management when necessary.
