Logistics Support Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated WMS Super User / Logistics Systems Specialist to support warehouse operations and technology initiatives within a fast-paced logistics environment. This role serves as the primary point of contact for warehouse management system support, user training, system enhancements, testing, and operational process improvement.

The successful candidate will bridge the gap between Operations and IT, ensuring users are effectively utilizing systems while supporting implementation, configuration, testing, and continuous improvement efforts. The primary system environment includes Oracle WMS Cloud (LogFire) and LN ERP.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for WMS and related applications.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions with regional and national support teams.
• Maintain and track open issue logs to ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor system performance and data quality to support operational excellence.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with SOPs and proper system utilization.
• Support software upgrades, release testing, and implementation activities.
• Deliver end-user training and ongoing coaching to warehouse personnel.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and training materials.
• Assist with WMS configuration, process mapping, and system enhancements.
• Coordinate EDI mapping and integration testing activities.
• Facilitate customer-facing solution testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Partner with operations teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Gather and document business requirements for new system functionality.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and project resource during implementations and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a Contract Logistics, 3PL, Distribution Center, or Warehouse environment.
• 2 years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience in a high-volume operation.
• Experience supporting or working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong understanding of logistics, warehousing, and supply chain processes.
• Experience with Oracle WMS Cloud (LogFire), ERP systems, EDI integrations, or similar technologies is highly preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills; MS Access experience is a plus.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor employees at all levels.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or regulated environments is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to collaborate across Operations, IT, Project Management, and Customer teams.
