We’re looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Talent Acquisition Recruiter to help us find and hire the exceptional talent that powers our growth. What You’ll Do
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing to offer.
- Partner closely with department leaders to understand hiring needs and craft accurate job descriptions.
- Source and engage top talent through multiple channels.
- Collaborate with external recruiters for niche or hard-to-fill roles.
- Report on recruitment metrics and recommend process improvements.
- Support core HR functions, including event planning, benefits assistance, onboarding, and payroll backup.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years of recruiting experience (in-house or agency).
- General HR experience, such as onboarding, benefits, or employee relations.
- Strong sourcing skills and proficiency with ATS platforms.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- HR Certifications and/or heavy equipment industry experience are a plus.
