Forklift Operator (Sit-Down & Stand-Up) – Shipping & Receiving

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to support shipping and receiving operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts, handling inventory, loading and unloading shipments, and maintaining an organized warehouse. Candidates must be flexible and open to working any shift as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload trailers while ensuring product accuracy and damage prevention.
• Perform shipping and receiving duties, including verifying incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Move materials throughout the warehouse and production areas.
• Pull, stage, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems as needed.
• Conduct inventory counts and assist with inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
• Experience in shipping and receiving operations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Open availability and flexibility to work any shift.

Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour
Schedule: Must be available to work any shift.
Employment Type: Full-Time, Long-Term Opportunity.
