Data Entry Clerk – Pharmaceutical Warehouse (Buena Park, CA)
Position: Data Entry Clerk
Location: Buena Park, CA
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 1st Shift
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to join a fast-paced pharmaceutical warehouse in Buena Park. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining inventory, shipping, receiving, and product information within the warehouse management system while ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Enter and update inventory, shipping, receiving, and order information into company databases.
- Verify accuracy of data and correct discrepancies as needed.
- Process purchase orders, invoices, packing slips, and shipping documents.
- Maintain accurate records of pharmaceutical products and inventory movements.
- Assist with inventory counts, audits, and cycle counts.
- Generate reports and provide administrative support to warehouse operations.
- Communicate with warehouse personnel regarding inventory and order status.
- File and organize warehouse documentation.
- Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and company safety procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive information.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of data entry, administrative, or warehouse office experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the shift.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to meet deadlines.
- Pharmaceutical, medical device, or regulated industry experience is a plus.
