Responsibilities
- Responsible for order management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and networking.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage client interactions, track sales activities, and analyze performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and deliver exceptional service.
- Prepare regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and market trends for management review.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in an administrative role.
